Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns that have been assembled, modified or installed.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Send your request in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org .
Once your return is received and inspected, and given that it meets the requirements, we will issue a refund within 48 hours.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com

You are responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping plus any other duties and taxes applicable to ship the product back to our warehouse in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada will be deducted from your refund.
