Gaming Light

Overall it's a good light. I wasn't overly happy that it came unassembled though. Also, the bottom piece is not very secure it's just a piece of plastic you slide in and isn't as nice as is shown in the picture.. I don't know that's it's worth the price. I thought the round area was a solid piece but you have to roll it onto a frame and then on one side you're left with a larger seem which I don't think looks as nice as is featured on the website. The photo definitely doesn't show that part so people should be aware before buying that there's a large seem, it isn't flush around and that you have to assemble it.

Thanks for your constructive comments regarding our light. We created the shade to be updated/changed easily without taking the entire fixture down.The diff-user is acrylic for safety reasons and to have access to the light bulbs. We appreciate that in the end, you feel its a good light.

Some interesting flaws but mostly good

So I was super excited to get this light for my son’s room because he loves gaming! First, the picture in the instructions that tells you how to get the frame pieces to the lamp shades are reversed. This is a minor setback but caused more confusion than necessary when trying to put the lamp together at the end. The screws that go through the base of the light are REALLY long so the base wouldn’t sit flush against the ceiling. We ended up taking the washer from these screws and putting them on the other outside of the base to hold it up flush against the ceiling. Not sure what they were thinking with these screws. But besides have really long screws coming out the base, the light looks great!

Thanks for your review and information about your installation experience. The screws were made to accommodate the most common ceiling junction boxes. They can be adjusted internally usually before the ceiling plate is attached. We are working with our manufacturer to help rectify this occurrence.
