I love it. Not crazy about the plastic on the inside, but overall, i love it.

Thank you for the review. The backing of the shade is made from a thermoplastic material. It is an essential part of this shade as it supports the fabric and also protects it from the heat emitted by the bulb. We used a clear version of this material in order to create the see-through effect. We hope you enjoy the light.
