Payment:

We accept credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and also payments made via PayPal and INTERAC Online.

Shipping:

$10 Flat rate shipping per item anywhere in Canada (special rates for N.T., Yukon and Nunavut - contact us for details)
$20 Flat rate shipping per item anywhere in continental US (special rates for Hawaii, Alaska - contact us for details)

At Firefly Kids Lighting we make it a priority for you to receive your purchase as soon as possible. All products are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. We ship Expedited Parcel via Canada Post. Your shipping confirmation email contains a tracking number. Visit www.canadapost.ca to track your parcel. Normal transit times are 2 business days in the Toronto area, and 4 business days to the west or east coast. Please contact us if your parcel has not arrived within this delivery standard.

We make every effort to carefully package and address your order. Please be sure to give us your current and correct mailing address. If your shipment is returned to us UNDELIVERABLE because of an incorrect address, there will be additional shipment fees applied to your account.

Privacy:

Thank you for shopping at Firefly Kids Lighting. Please rest assured that we make it one of our top priorities to guarantee the security and privacy of your transactions with us. Any information gathered from you, including your name, email address, mailing address, phone and credit card numbers, is kept secure and strictly confidential. Firefly Kids Lighting uses this information solely for billing and shipping purposes. We will not contact you unless we have a question regarding your order and, under no circumstance, will we share your information with a third party.

Product Damage or Defect:

We package our items securely and collaborate with our manufacturers to ensure items are packaged to withstand shipment. In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work quickly and diligently to resolve this issue for you. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at: service@fireflykidslighting.com. If the item is damaged, we will make every effort to send you the necessary replacement parts or replace the item as quickly as possible.  Please note we only accept claims for purchases made directly from us through our website.  If you have purchased one of our products from a retail store or other location you will have to contact them directly to resolve issue.

Returns and Exchanges Policy:

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days, in its original condition and packaging, at your expense. You will receive full refund of the light's purchase price. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging. We cannot accept returns that have been assembled or modified. If you have any questions regarding our policies, feel free to contact us at: service@fireflykidslighting.com.  Please note we only accept returns and/or refunds for purchases made directly from us through our website.  If you have purchased one of our products from a retail store or other location you will have to contact them directly.

Product information:

All of our products are UL/CUL certified and manufactured according to the North American standards. Please note our products do not work outside of North America.  

Disclaimer of Liability:

Firefly Kids Lighting carefully selects products that meet UL/CUL safety standards; however, Firefly Kids Lighting is not liable for accidents resulting in personal injury from products purchased on our site. It is recommended to have light fixtures installed by a licensed electrician.

Revisions:

Prices, availability and estimated delivery times are subject to change at anytime. Firefly Kids Lighting reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any product or promotions on our website.
